TP53 acts as a tumor suppressor in many tumor types; induces growth arrest or apoptosis depending on the physiological circumstances and cell type. Involved in cell cycle regulation as a trans-activator that acts to negatively regulate cell division by controlling a set of genes required for this process.
TP53 antibody can be used for detection of TP53 by ELISA at 1:62500. TP53 antibody can be used for detection of TP53 by western blot at 1 ug/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
For short periods of storage (days) store at 4 grades C. For longer periods of storage, store TP53 antibody at -20 grades C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
If you buy Antibodies supplied by proscience they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
